![]() By the time it decided to respond again, I remembered to listen to the new evidence log, but I wasn't able to view the extra dialogue I'd speed clicked through thinking it would be repeat. I then went to click on the case menu to go and a) listen to the correct audio log and b) to read the transcription of the stuff I'd just clicked through that seemed to be extra, but that's when it refused to let me click on that area and open that case menu at all for a few minutes. On realising this and seeing that the log was familiar, I started fast clicking through the dialogue, and I thought the conversation seemed overlong and like it had new stuff so I was quite baffled as other characters were interjecting. On getting the third audio log, I opened the evidence tab and clicked on what I thought was the new audio log, then realised that it wasn't because for whatever reason the evidence tab (which I had to switch to) had opened scrolled down instead of at the top like it normally does. I tried entering in Gilgamesh, where it comes from, but nope. So I'm not sure if there is actually a different answer to this, which does something new. The only thing that worked was that exact same quote, but it does seem dumb you have to enter the thing in again, and it does say to decipher the code, whereas the first time it's just decode it. Second, like 3 minutes later, you are told to 'decipher the code for the killswitch' into the computer, after that dodgy cop dies. When the guard asks you to decode the killswitch, you come up with "whatever he might do it is but wind" First, you seem to recognise that line from someone (Kon), so not sure if there's something there, Well I definitely got multiple audio logs, because I remember speeding through most of the text as I'd read it all before, then got that part, and they started talking about something new, and I thought "eh, this is weird, why is this bit new".Īlso something else I'm pondering as I'm sat staring at the game. Maybe that's part of it, but since I didn't managed to get Kon to turn off the AI himself perhaps there was also another issue? Also the "this group claimed the AI, who knows what they'll do with it" section of my ending may suggest that's not considered to be an ideal choice. I suspect this is because I told the truth to the guard as it was implied that he might have evidence that could clear me, but since I forewarned him he made it clear he was going to run. Generally speaking the majority of the ending epilogue seemed positive, aside from the comment about how it was tough to clear what had happened with the drones earlier but I managed (and then later the "I couldn't shake off it could have gone better" type comment, which I assume is just code for "this is not the best ending". I de-escalated Kon by reminding him about his family and good intentions, and chose to unplug the AI rather than destroy it (since figured it would just re-escalate the situation if I destroyed it in front of him).
